What data we process

Only what you give us when you get in touch: name, company, email, phone if provided, your professional profile and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process the data you include in that conversation.

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

What we use it for

  • To answer your enquiry and continue the conversation you start.
  • If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, to manage that relationship with the brands we represent.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract, when your enquiry concerns a business relationship (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to answer your enquiry. If a business relationship begins, for its duration and then for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. If your enquiry concerns a specific brand, we will only pass your details on with your prior knowledge.

Web hosting and email are provided by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Alemania), acting as data processor, on servers located in the European Union.

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, which processes your data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@ammarep.com or to the postal address above, with proof of identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and messages are not stored on the web server.

Minors

This website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
